AHSMB!!

This weekend is going to be a busy one for our marching band students!  

And we'll need lots of chaperones for the two days of events - away game at Smiths Station and competition at Opelika.  If you attended the chaperones meeting at the beginning of the year, but have not yet signed up for either (or both!) of these events, please do so at Charms.

Here's what the rest of the week is looking like:

Thursday:  Practice 4-5:30 (must bring shakos!)

Friday: 2-3:30 (mandatory extra practice for competition) 

One hour break for dinner/getting dressed

Pizza Option for dinner Friday $4 per student - pizza and water
Call time Friday for game 4:30

Full Uniform for away game to Smiths Station

Saturday: Opelika Competition

(any absences from practice this week that are unexcused will result in the student being unable to march this week at competition)

*Saturday call time 10am  (bring water for practice!!!!)
*Wear band shorts and shirts, black socks, bandos - Bring Full Uniform in bag, Shako in hat box
*Run the Show
*Load bus
*Bring Lunch money (cash only!) for Concessions
*Arrive at competition 12:30ish
*Eat lunch, watch other bands
*2:15 get dressed for competition
*2:50 warmup
*3:30 Auburn High Show
After this point our schedule will be based on if we are in the top 8 bands by score.

Information for parents/guests attending competition: 
*Entrance fee - $7 for adults (it is one fee for the entire day) $5 for 12 and under
*Parking at OHS campus is free. (See below for map!)
*We warm up in the B location.
